Ms. Spekhardt’s practice focuses on labor and employment matters. She represents union clients’ rights under their collective bargaining agreement through arbitration and litigation and before the National Labor Relationship Board.

Ms. Spekhardt has previously worked for union organizations and in the public sector. Ms. Spekhardt worked for Unite the Union in London, UK as a research assistant and at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Washington D.C. as a Peggy Browning Fellow. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Spekhardt was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James H. Pickering, Jr., J.S.C., in both the Atlantic County Superior Court and Cape May County Superior Court.
